What was the highlight of Horizon Inn

Very Good

The room was very spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. The free laundry service and tea/coffee was great too. The location was also very good, being very close to the MRT and shops/restaurants.

The only bad things about our room was the view was looking towards an office building, so we had to close the curtains when changing, etc. otherwise people could see into our room. There was also construction work going on right outside our room until ~9pm at night, which was very loud (room wasn't sound proof).

Worth for the money

Clean and spacious room. Very comfy bed

Room facing the main road could be slightly noisy but luckily it is not a busy road. Breakfast was “semi-buffet”, it was a bit light for me. Would be good to increase the portion. 5-10 min walk to nearest MRT station.

Very nice stay in a modest and comfortable hotel

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I was expecting a normal self service breakfast and in reality it was menus. The food was good just not the type of service expected in a hotel in my opinion. Apart from that everything was as described and good

The bed is comfortable. It is near many grocery stores such as 7 eleven, family mark.

The room has a light that never turns off . Some staff didn't speak English clearly so it was very difficult to understand. The bathroom was a little bit dirty.

Very Good

Nice staff, clean, large and comfortable room. The location is very convenient, 10 min from the subway (MRT).

There was (heavy) building work outside, but I had earplugs. Breakfast is very basic.

Very good

- The room without window was apparently best choice ever, since it was very quiet considering the normal chaos coming from cars in Taipei - Room was big and clean - In the restaurant there was a free coffee area, with juices and good coffee open 24h. A small detail but after a long day of tourism it was a bless.

- Not a big claim, but while a couple staff members were helpful, the majority was not very helpful in anything.

Very good

The location is so good. Easy to go to station, supermarket and foods as well. It is clean and staffs are so friendly. They help us call taxi when we need.

I do not love breakfast in there. Actually we often have something like noodle or rice for breakfast so bread is not my favorist. Meanwhile, I assume we might have buffet to choose but it is the set for each person actually. Anyway, the dining room is nice and warmly.

It was staying in 5 star hotel at a fraction of the price and with much better hotel staff

We had an excellent stay in a large and clean room. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Would be better if the toilet door can close properly.

a little bit far away from mrt station, the hotel is on the...

a little bit far away from mrt station, the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor. positive is the night market just next to the hotel. my boyfriend and i had a little stomach ache from the breakfast (eggs) but the rest was fine. you also have fresh fruit in the morning :-)

Very nice stay

Wonderful stay: friendly staff, comfy and clean room, very divers breakfast (not too many Western options though). Good location: 3min walk from airport shuttle bus stop (take Evergreen bus 5201 and get of at stop nr5), 5-10min walk to MRT station. Many shops and eateries close by. Area seemed safe and was nice to walk around. Would recommend!

Nothing to dislike, our stay was perfect. Only suggestion would be to keep breakfast a bit later than 10h (f.ex. 10h30 or 11h) to allow European jetlagged travellers to get a bit more sleep. Also, the sheets were a bit short for 2 people. Went to ask for an additional blanket, but there were no spare ones available. But none of this really bothered us.
